Bespoke Product Notice
BASWA acoustic plaster systems are bespoke products tailored to specific project requirements. Due to the specialized nature of these materials—including custom batching and shelf-life considerations—we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been processed and dispatched.
Damaged or Faulty Materials
While we maintain strict quality control, we understand that issues can occur.

Replacement Only: If your material is found to be faulty or manufacturing-defective, Arthur Acoustic will provide replacement material free of charge.

Notification Period: Any faults or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide digital photographs and a batch number to support your claim.

Exclusions: This policy does not cover material that has been stored incorrectly on-site, handled poorly, or installed by non-certified contractors.
Refunds
As these are specialist construction materials, we offer replacements for faulty goods only. Monetary refunds are not available for over-ordered quantities or changes in project scope.
